This morning's disconnection appears to have been caused due to a failure within the Gamma network. We are continuing to investigate the cause of this in order to prevent future occurennces. Some call modelling may be inaccurate due to this and we apologise for any inconvenience.

No further disconnections have been observed. We believe that this may have been caused by a 3rd party performing external fibre work within the vicinity of the Gamma physical network. We are continuing to investigate this event with all parties involved to ensure that best practices are maintained. Both historical and real time call reporting are available.
Visual Analytics and Charting
Customisable charts with real time capability are available across all report styles. There are multiple charts that are available including pie, doughnut, line, area, radar, column and bar charts. Charts are also available in 2D, 3D and stacked format.
Both individual statistic alarms and alarms that support a time threshold value can be easily configured. The duration of the alarms can be specified in hours, minutes and seconds.
