We are currently experiencing some network issues that resulted in some telephony servers being disconnected from the reporting service; as a result, call modelling may be inaccurate due to live events not being collected and inconsistencies may occur in call reporting data. We are currently investigating the cause of this.

No further occurrences of the fault have been observed and all server connections remain stable. We are continuing to investigate this issue to understand the root cause and prevent further occurrences. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this.

Real Time Call Reporting
Both historical and real time call reporting are available.
Visual Analytics and Charting
Customisable charts with real time capability are available across all report styles. There are multiple charts that are available including pie, doughnut, line, area, radar, column and bar charts. Charts are also available in 2D, 3D and stacked format.
Both individual statistic alarms and alarms that support a time threshold value can be easily configured. The duration of the alarms can be specified in hours, minutes and seconds.
